Andrea Olsen, a Fairfax, Virginia resident and native Northern Virginian, is one of the DC area’s premier interior decorators. Andrea has been expressing her passion for people and interior decorating for over 30 years. Her philosophy has always been to work with her clients to achieve the vision they have for the project. As a testament to her extensive work, Andrea was voted ‘Best Interior Designer’ by Northern Virginia Magazine as well as ‘Best Decorator’ by I AM Modern Magazine.

Andrea graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science and later, earned her Interior Design Certification from the Council of Qualified Residential Interior Designers. She is a certified Window Fashions Certified Professional as well as a Professional Member of the International Furnishings and Design Association. Andrea is also one of the few Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists, who assist the retiring population in residential remodeling and home modifications.

To hone her craft, Andrea worked for several interior-decorating firms and assisted tens of thousands of clients with projects from budget makeovers to luxurious renovations. Andrea’s extensive, hands-on work in our area has given her a choice of only the most exceptional craftsmen who consistently transform her designs into beautifully fabricated treatments.
