Project
This quaint townhome in the greater Fairfax area was totally remodeled in the transitional style. Each room takes the clean and sleek gray and white color pallete and makes it its own with unique pieces of design flare.
Key design features include energy-efficient stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, rich, cool tile in the bathrooms, and sparkling fireplace leger stones – all of which lend the weight of quality yet the levity of brightness throughout this three floor, 1,800 square foot property.
What I like most about this project are the elements of customization. From the larger components such as standard issue tub removal in favor of a walk-in shower with a spa-like bench to the small but mighty details including the custom rail and wrought iron balusters on every stair well succeed in making this house a truly personalized home.
